Hello, my name is Chicky Decolongon, and I was a former Admin-Finance Officer of KAPATID Ministry, Inc. This was my first job and I have been with them for six years.

During my employment, I was responsible for providing administrative support to management, preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, overseeing financial transactions, and delivering precise financial reports. In addition, I visit the feeding areas, plan for child sponsorship programs, and communicate with partners. The work culture at KAPATID Ministry is that they are committed to making a positive impact in the community, dedicated and compassionate to the ministries, and have a deep sense of purpose that inspires individuals to make a difference in the lives of others. When it comes to their staff, they help us grow in our spiritual life and treat us as part of their family. Moreover, they give importance to work-life balance, open communication, and teamwork. Through KAPATID Ministry, I was guided to discover my qualities and build my personality by allowing me to explore and learn from my experiences. Being with them enabled me to provide for the financial needs of my family.
